Sometimes in the day to day it is easy to forget that.
It is always good to be reminded of the gift of being able/choosing to be with your children.

XO
KelceyUnknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02879775858358020379noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1031796545379681403.post-1282139842113140092010-08-07T14:02:27.652-04:002010-08-07T14:02:27.652-04:00Jane you are DEFINITELY making the right choice! The big house and other rewards will come later and when they do you will remember these years and say to yourself once again, all that really matters is my family :)Kelly Homolkahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05680122176104958493noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1031796545379681403.post-88672112067339200002010-08-06T21:31:11.921-04:002010-08-06T21:31:11.921-04:00Well said, Jane. I just left/took a break from my career and went back to my old job for the sole purpose of what a nice, flexible, family-oriented life it will provide for me and Abel. I couldn't be happier! And as Dardi so wisely said, I know I will never regret this choice to spend more time with the babe. :)one + onehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04850608840865848848noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1031796545379681403.post-28975930087725926582010-08-05T22:40:53.341-04:002010-08-05T22:40:53.341-04:00This is so, so true, & I appreciate the memory...This is so, so true, & I appreciate the memory this brought me. A few years back, a close friend of mine called wanting my opinion on her simplifying & being home with her children. I told her she would never regret it. Less than a year after she decided to spend more family time, she died suddenly. Sorry, this is not a happy story, but it made a huge impression on me...I don't believe I'll ever look back & wish I had spent less time with my family.Dardihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11506811940537594798noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1031796545379681403.post-56734611988920160172010-08-05T21:40:21.922-04:002010-08-05T21:40:21.922-04:00I can't imagine you will ever regret living si...I can't imagine you will ever regret living simply, and being with your kids.
